I had a lovely stay at The Waves Tulum. the staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome. However, I did notice that some facilities, like the pools, could have been cleaner and the jacuzzis didn’t get warm as promised. The location was a bit at the edge of town, which made it tricky to explore at night.
